A comprehensive approach to aiding immigrants on all levels of the citizenship process and integration into French society while, recognizing the richness their culture contributes to France.

ASSFAM employs a collective approach of social and educational seminars in the hope of preventing the isolation of immigrant populations through a variety of projects targeted at specific populations.

The question of immigration in France continues to evolve as the laws, names of government agencies and origins of immigrant populations are in no way static. The frequent changes in names and requirements for legal residence and citizenship create what can seem to be an impossible labyrinth for an immigrant. Thus, the mission of ASSFAM is to not only inform immigrants of their rights as foreigners in this country, also to address their practical needs as they transition to life in France.

A known expert in the field of immigration, more specifically the rights of foreigners in France, ASSFAM is moving towards training professionals who work directly with immigrants. By informing others in this field, ASSFAM aims to amplify their impact on the lives of immigrants by sharing their 50 years of experience.
